Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your personal data or, where applicable, deletion of your account associated with a Synapse mobile app. We’ll verify your request and respond in accordance with applicable laws.
How to submit your request
- Email us at info@synapsers.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include the following details:
- Your full name
- The Synapse app name (as listed in Google Play / App Store)
- The email address or user ID associated with the app
- A brief description of what you want deleted (e.g., account and all associated data)
- We may request additional information to verify your identity and ownership of the account.
What happens next
- We’ll confirm receipt of your request and begin processing it.
- Upon successful verification, we will delete your data (and account, if applicable), subject to any legal retention obligations.
- We’ll notify you when the deletion has been completed or if we are unable to fulfill the request for a specific legal reason.
