Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your personal data or, where applicable, deletion of your account associated with a Synapse mobile app. We’ll verify your request and respond in accordance with applicable laws.

How to submit your request

  1. Email us at info@synapsers.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include the following details:
    • Your full name
    • The Synapse app name (as listed in Google Play / App Store)
    • The email address or user ID associated with the app
    • A brief description of what you want deleted (e.g., account and all associated data)
  3. We may request additional information to verify your identity and ownership of the account.

What happens next

  • We’ll confirm receipt of your request and begin processing it.
  • Upon successful verification, we will delete your data (and account, if applicable), subject to any legal retention obligations.
  • We’ll notify you when the deletion has been completed or if we are unable to fulfill the request for a specific legal reason.
